Mechanized Parking System

Courtyards, gardens, private garages, former and unused barns, sheds, garages, old and unused cinemas: these are just some of the examples of places (private or within an urban context) that can be transformed into mechanized garages, thus creating the revaluation of the property. Moreover, the inclusion in the project of semi-automatic and fully automated systems leads to a significant saving of land use and optimization of the spaces that can be invested in other areas of the property. Automated or semi-automatic parking systems offer the possibility to park more cars in the available space with horizontal and vertical movements. The solutions we offer will allow you to increase your parking spaces up to 29 total parking spaces (with regard to semi-automatic parking facilities) and up to 60 parking spaces for mechanized autosilos. The models are supplied by the German multinational Klaus Multiparking, of which CARMEC is an official dealer in Italy.
